Where to start? Start with a conversation—there's no charge for that! If you decide you'd like to progress with healthspan coaching, then for most of us, the first session is about assessment to provide objective measurements of your current health status before we make a plan of action build your long-term healthspan.
I want to make the coaching accessible to as many people as possible. One way I do that is by working through the NHS, which covers my coaching costs for a few people. In my private practice, I charge typical coaching fees rather than specialist healthspan coaching fees (which are often 2-10x higher cost).

Coaching client in 2026Over a series of 1:1 sessions over a few months Mark really helped me talk through and untangle a number of issues that were causing me a degree of stress, anxiety and feelings of being a bit stuck. I had met Mark some years ago from his mindfulness course, and I felt using Steve Peter’s Chimp model as a framework (I highly recommend the book!), and having Mark as my guide, would help me.
Mark is a great listener - he is attentive and empathetic.
